A Trio of Kitchen Trivets Including a Rival Wire Rack and a Cast Metal Scroll Trivet
Description
A collection of three kitchen trivets consisting of a wire rack, a cast metal decorative trivet, and a silicone mat. The first item is a circular wire trivet or cooling rack constructed from chrome-plated steel. The design features three concentric rings supported by four radial crossbars that extend downward to form three integrated feet. At the center of the rack is a circular metal disc with an impressed mark reading RIVAL in uppercase serif characters. Smaller text appears below the name but is not legible. The second item is a square decorative trivet made of cast metal with a matte gray pewter-tone finish. It features an ornate openwork scroll and foliate filigree pattern throughout the center. The third item is a triangular pot holder or trivet made of yellow silicone. The surface is textured with raised concentric triangular ridges.
Condition report:
The items are in good used condition. The chrome-plated wire trivet shows minor surface scratches and faint signs of oxidation consistent with kitchen use. The square cast metal trivet has visible food debris and dust accumulated within the recesses of the filigree pattern, and there is minor wear to the finish along the edges.
