Description
An industrial portable work light, also known as a trouble light or drop light, featuring a yellow high-impact plastic handle and a galvanized steel wire safety cage. The handle incorporates an integrated NEMA 5-15 three-prong grounded power outlet on the side for utility tool use. The protective steel cage includes a integrated hook for hanging and is currently fitted with a white A-style LED bulb. A heavy-duty black insulated power cord is wrapped around the handle for storage. Small black text is printed on the neck of the light bulb, including the words CAUTION and ATTENTION in uppercase characters; however, the manufacturer and specific wattage are not legible. No maker’s marks, brand names, or model numbers are visible on the handle, cage, or cord.
Condition report:
The item is in used condition with significant accumulation of dust and grime visible across the yellow handle and the black power cord (photo 1). The galvanized steel cage shows minor surface oxidation and light wear (photo 1). The unit is untested for functionality of the light socket and the integrated power outlet.
