Description
A single cylindrical ceramic vessel, likely constructed from earthenware or terracotta, finished with a high-gloss clear glaze. The vessel is executed in a contemporary folk art style. The exterior features hand-painted decoration depicting a simplified black fowl, possibly a rooster, with yellow and gold polka dot accents applied to the comb and wing areas. The background is segmented into horizontal bands of color, including purple, light blue, and reddish-brown. The underside of the vessel is marked in black script with the inscription SOAR 2008, indicating the piece was created in that year. Approximately 6″ tall.
