Description
The primary lot consists of a large, two-part German Shrunk cabinet, dating to the Art Deco or Streamline Moderne period. The cabinet is constructed of wood and features a distinct two-tone finish. The upper hutch section is finished in a medium-brown wood tone, displaying visible graining, and features a central display compartment with curved glass side panels and two central glass doors. The base cabinet features a dark, contrasting countertop over a combination of storage elements, including three central drawers and flanking curved cupboard doors. The lower section is finished in a light mint green paint. The overall form of the shrunk cabinet emphasizes curved lines and geometric simplicity typical of the period. Contents of cabinet are not included. Cabinet only. Buyer is responsible for removal and loading from Homer, GA, within 10 days of close of auction, or other arrangement approved by seller.
